My name is Nick S. From Maine, I recently purchased two Juliana Green House Covers from Backyard Hq, I have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the covers as i do alot of Gardening here in the Sping/Summer time. I bought my first greenhouse to put on the porch and had great success! I was in England in 2005 with my mom and we bought to 2-4 tier greenhouse ( yes I got them in my suitcase) so now have two! So now i can grow twice as many plants, to share with neighbors; anyway i lent my mom the two covers to use, and her cats managed to claw it. So i ordered two more covers from Backyard HQ, I was wondering when i would recieve the covers so i emailed them, and recieved a reply almost immediately. They had informed me that my order had shipped but there was a small problem with the order, instead of getting covers, i was getting complete Greenhouses. I work in Customer Service at LL Bean, so i know what it is to have something arrive that is not what you wanted. Patrick however was more than helpful! He is Scheduling a pick up for the return of the wrong items. I would not hesitate one bit to order more supplies from this fine Company! When it comes to Customer Service Backyard HQ and LLBean are the Tops! I say \" Thumbs up to you guys at Backyard HQ! Thank you so much for your help!

My wife recently experienced and issue with a greenhouse that she purchased; there were four critical parts missing from the kit when it arrived. When attempting to resolve the issue, my wife became frustrated to the point of sending the greenhouse back and ordering from a different company. Seeing that she was way to close to the situation, I called Sarah to find out where we were with regard to correcting the problem, and I asked for a phone number to the QC so that I could voice my concerns regarding this matter. It's several days before Christmas and I found the perfect gift for my wife, the Flowerhouse Dome Greenhouse on the Internet. Nobody has them in stock and everyone's telling me they won't have them until after Christmas. I spoke with Patrick at Greenhouse Builders and he called his supplier. He was able to get me one and have it shipped to me by the 21st just in time for Christmas.

Subject: Easy Start
Hi, good folks at 4SeasonGreenhouse!
I recently received a 4' x 6' Easy Start greenhouse and, after a few days of hard work, I was able to put it together. Although I think the directions could be better and more detailed, and offer better diagrams, I was successful at assembling it. In any case, I absolutely love it, especially for the price.
Now that I, finally, have my first greenhouse, I do have a few questions:
1) Can I order just a base? (While it sits on our concrete patio, I now think that I should have ordered a base)
2) Is it possible to order individual parts? I don't know how it happened, but I ended up needing a few more of the green tracks that the plastic glazing fits in, as well as a few more of the larger metal brackets that afix and support the glazing onto the frame.
3) Is there any way to re-enforce the sliding door? The screws that go into the side hardly stay in and so the door is very unstable and hard to slide without using both hands and one foot.
Ok, those are all my questions. I really love my new greenhouse, and I know it is an outstanding price for a good quality structure, so I hope my dilemma doesn't seem like I'm not satisfied. I'm still learning about gardening, let alone greenhouses. Thanks very much!

Hi, this is Wendy B in Sky Valley California. We purchase a 8x16 Rion greenhouse. We began this in Bridgeport, California and then decided that 12 ft of snow was not where we wanted to spend out winters.We packed up and moved to our five acre property in Sky Valley.
FINALLY have been able to put our greenhouse up. Here are the pictures - We did this in three days even I was skeptical when we opened the 1st of 15 boxes and a parts bag had fallen apart inside. When I saw all those little plastic do hickies I pretty much figured we were done for!
I am so glad to know you were correct - it was easy to build. Please send a catalog to our address our immediate neighbors want a greenhouse like ours. They took pictures of us building it just because they could not believe two gals built it in three days! (images coming soon)

Although my order was recently cancelled due to Sundog going out of business, my disappointment in not getting my greenhouse was offset by the wonderful, attentive service provided by your customer service rep, Theresa Saldivia. Theresa consistently went out of her way to check on my order before Sundog's status was known, and she kept me informed either by email or by phone.
When the order was subsequently cancelled, Theresa spent at least a half an hour with me on the phone, offering viable alternatives to the Sundog model and answered all my questions regarding the other models. She was always respectful, polite and amiable, in addition to being very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Although I did not order another greenhouse at this time (for unexpected financial reasons), I will contact your company again when I do order my greenhouse, which I expect to be sometime in September. The simple fact that your customer service was and is superb (thanks to Theresa) is the main reason I will return and order my greenhouse from you. The woman deserves a raise and a round of applause!!!
